Russia, introduced by Dr. Gregory Levin at Garrygala Agricultural Research Station in Turksmenistan.

Sweet-sour, semi-hard seeded
Description
Large fruit with green background skin and a carmine-pink blush. The arils are dark purple in colour and has a sweet-sour taste. Very juicy.

*Can be used for juicing or fresh eating.
*Also good in cold storage.

*A hybrid selected from seedlings at the Nikitskiy State Botanical Orchard.
*Tolerates moderate to heavy frosts.

*Fruit is resistant to cracking and spoiling.
